A Family Tradition

Our family has been honored to serve the Rutland area as attorneys and public servants since the 1920s. Beginning with Asa S. Bloomer, four generations of Bloomers have practiced law in Downtown Rutland, while also serving the Rutland community in the State Senate and/or on the Board of Aldermen.

We are proud to have built a reputation in our community for honesty, integrity and sound judgment, as well as empathy for our clients and constituents.
